Bold Property Services for Canada One Outlets is looking for Janitorial Cleaning Maintenance staff.

Duties would include but not limited to:

· Daily cleaning of common areas including: washrooms, food court area, public walkways, windows, door handles and site parking lots

· Frequent sanitizing of public area items such as furniture, counter tops, door handles, hand railings etc. according to the enhanced Covid-19 cleaning protocols.

· Weekly cleaning in selected offices

· Waste management duties including emptying trash and recycling containers

· Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act

· Light maintenance and repair help as required

Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail

· Effectively work with minimal supervision

· Must be physically able to stand and/or walk throughout entirety of scheduled shift and throughout various weather conditions. Lifting is required and must be able to lift a maximum of 50lbs.

Experience in janitorial/custodial work preferred.

Knowledge of plumbing, minor repairs and/or fountain maintenance considered to be an asset.
